CannedApps respects the privacy of all visitors of the Printfolder site and Printfolder online application (“this website”) and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure such privacy and the security of any data provided through this website.

We collect and store information to process your order, guide and enhance your superior online experience and supply you with information in which you have expressed an interest. We limit the disclosure of this information to the information necessary to provide our service of matching buyers and suppliers. When you open an account we collect your company name and address, company registration number, telephone, email address and mobile telephone number along with your selected product details.
Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.
1.2 Cookies
When you access our website, we may place small data files called “cookies” on your computer which are used to help streamline your experience on Printfolder site.
We send a “session cookie” to your computer when you log in to your account. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages on our site during the same session, so that we don’t need to ask you for your password on each page. 2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION INSIDE PRINTFOLDER
Printfolder is an online printing marketplace and, therefore, it is important that both the print buyers and print providers are aware of who they are dealing with. When ordering, buyers and suppliers information is shared between them.
Buyers and suppliers who use the service provided by our online application receive emails from us to facilitate the transaction. You cannot opt out of emails or other forms of notifications that are necessary to successfully provide our services. Your information is only shared with printshops on this site when you are requesting a quotation. By using the service provided by Printfolder and accepting our Terms of Service, you agree that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you related to your request for quotations.
2.1 You as a buyer
To facilitate our business of buyer registration, buyers using Printfolder will be provided information about available suppliers. This includes supplier contact information, company background information and rating given by other buyers over time.
We do not ask for your credit/debit card details at any time during your order.
2.2 Legal Requests
CannedApps is interested in protecting its members and the community at large. We will release account and other personal information to legal authorities when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law. In addition, CannedApps may choose to release information about you to relevant parties in relation to investigations of fraud, piracy or other unlawful activity in order to maintain a high level of trust and safety in our community.
3. ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can update your contact phone numbers or default office delivery address by signing in to your account. Email, however, is used as your username and cannot be changed.
Printfolder members may be issued a password to access their account. As a member, you are responsible for all actions taken with your user ID (your email address) and password. Do not share your password with any third parties. If you believe that your password has been compromised, you should immediately change your password or contact CannedApps at makefriends@cannedapps.com.
4. SECURITY
Your information is stored on servers that are well protected against unauthorized access through the use of safeguards such as “firewalls,” encryption and Secure Socket Layers. We recommend using a unique and strong password and not sharing it with third parties. Further, we respect and comply with EU legislation on data protection.

Although we have attempted to address the various privacy-related issues you are likely to encounter, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
